Hi everyone! I cannot wait to show you just how a simple Faux window shutter hardware kit gave my shutters and house exterior some more character and curb appeal! I like DIY but we keep it simple over here! haha! My husband and I are not super handy...so when I say something wasn't that bad....it really wasn't lol!

Our Plans to Finish our exterior Transformation:
-Any day now our custom wood double front doors are going to come in! We have to stain them this wood color and install them! Our current front door is cracked and broken....so since we have to replace the entire thing....I thought about taking all the windows out and putting in two oversized wood front doors! They will look just like the picture below!
The wood will go much nicer with the shutter color now than the black front door right now, for sure!
-I am also going to warm up the house some wood flower boxes (8 total) on the 4 windows to the left and the 4 windows to the right of the front doors! The wood boxes will match the stain of these front doors to make it all go together! It will look super similar to the picture below, but on single windows...not doubles!
-We are also changing our the lights on either sides of the front door and the two lamp posts in our driveway! They will all match....I just seriously cannot decide on which one to choose! I am thinking of going with a copper color lantern! Not fully sure yet, but if you have any ideas of light fixtures in mind please message them to me on my Instagram account @HappyHomeonHighbridge
